2. Services
SwissWave offers subscription services that deliver real-time news alerts, live updates, and event coverage. By subscribing, you receive continuous access to the live stream and breaking news bulletins.
Subscription fees are charged at the start of the chosen period. Subscription renewals occur automatically until canceled.
3. Information Products
Our information products include digital reports, newsletters, and archives of news content. These items are delivered electronically upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
SwissWave-branded merchandise, such as apparel and accessories, is available for purchase. Goods are shipped from our facilities and delivery times vary by destination.
5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
5.1 Services
Cancellations of ongoing subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription date to qualify for full reimbursement of the subscription fee. After this period, reimbursements are not available due to the immediate delivery of live updates. You may request to transfer an active subscription to another individual by contacting us via our contact form.
Note: One-time live webinars and special event streams are arranged in real time and require resource allocation in advance. As such, these services are not eligible for any reimbursement. This policy ensures event quality and availability for all participants.
5.2 Information Products
You may cancel orders for digital reports and newsletters within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. If a purchased item is defective or fails to meet the described standards, SwissWave will provide a replacement or process a reimbursement. All reimbursement requests must be submitted via our contact form and will be processed within 14 days of approval.
5.3 Physical Goods
Unused merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full reimbursement of the purchase price. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process your reimbursement within 14 days.
6. Modifications
SwissWave reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
